Big thanks to you and Lara for a first rate job on Saturday – we have had a wonderful crop of thank you letters – it appears that our friends enjoyed the evening. The Three Waiters were a huge success – thank you for your recommendation. Matt’s food also came in for glowing praise – the beef really was melt in the mouth. Our thanks to you both again – you were stars!
That was a truly fantastic Party… A fabulous time was had by all! Everything was perfect, and couldn’t have been any better. From the opening tea, to the morning breakfast, it was absolutely fabulous. A huge thank you. As retailers, we have total respect for your attention to planning, detail and execution. The entertainers were terrific, the food superb, and everything else in between was fantastic. The guests have been raving about the whole thing, and rightly so. You and your team were sensational throughout all stages from the beginning to the very end, I didn’t want to delay expressing our gratitude to you and everyone else who made the whole event so memorable.
Just to say a big fat thank you for last week. I truly could not have survived the evening without you. I cannot believe how relaxed everybody was and how much they enjoyed the evening. You were absolutely brilliant, the food fabulous and then at the end of the night it was if a fairy had cast her magic wand and the place was so clean and tidy it was if you hadn’t been. There is no way I would put on a future event without you involved, I now appreciate what having an event co-ordinator on board means
Thank you for making my husband’s 40th birthday celebration such an incredible success. Steve and I have literally received dozens of messages from our friends thanking us for a great night. From your early assistance, to the final weeks, to the day of, everything you touched was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. The venue was just what I had envisioned-elegant yet fun and trendy, the food was delicious and the DJ knew just what music to play to get everyone out dancing and having fun. I am also grateful to you for the extra effort you put in to make sure my slideshow presentation went off without a hitch. There is no one that I would have trusted more with that laptop! You are a true professional, an expert in your field, organised, patient and always calm, cool and collected. I just can’t sing your praises enough and would recommend you to anyone looking for an event planner.
I used the services of Simply Events for some charitable fundraising work which involved arranging various events for me from assisting with venue sourcing and logistics of the events to assisting with ticket sales and promotion and coordinating the events at the event itself. I found the service to be excellent and would not hesitate in recommending the services of Simply Events to any company or individual looking for assistance with planning a corporate or private event – they have superb connections with venues and suppliers in the area and ran the events in a professional and very organised way.
We would just like to say a HUGE thank you for yesterday, you made the whole afternoon run so smoothly and we were able to relax and enjoy the occasion so much more. Thank you Simply Events for doing such a fantastic job at my 30th Surprise party! The team were excellent, as they were at our wedding 2 years ago, and looked after everyone superbly. I was so impressed with the marquee and decoration, the bands were brilliant and got everyone up on the dance floor, and the food was delicious to say the least. It all ran so smoothly and the team were very attentive. It was so good knowing that our guests were being looked after so I could relax and enjoy myself! I had my own champagne topped up too, I felt like a Princess. I had such an amazing time, it truly was a 30th to remember!!
Melanie at Simply Events was on the committee on the inaugural Great Dorset Bake Sale committee and played a key role in helping this charity event raise over £5,000 for a local cause. Her ideas, contacts and energy proved invaluable and she was a pleasure to work with throughout.

Such a super day that Melanie and her team did for our Hearnes 20th anniversary celebration. Her planning and ideas were perfect and she laid on the most fantastic day for our staff. Because her eye was always poised over every detail, we could thoroughly enjoy the day and relax knowing everything would go to plan. We had a super day on the water, picnic lunch at Brownsea, treasure hut, booze cruise with live music culminating in a meal at Shell Bay. We even had seats to watch the sun go down! Every attention to detail meant our expectations were certainly over delivered. This special celebration was a huge success and we are very thankful to Simply Events for everything they did.
