A previous client approached us to help them organise and create their Christmas party for the second year running. The party was named ‘The Ice House’, so we based the ideas for the party around this theme.
We wanted to create a night club impression to the party while incorporating that ‘Icey’ feeling. We were there during the day of the party to see ‘The Ice House’ come to life. We organised a marquee for outside to extend the space for the 60 plus guest from Camelot marquees. We furnished the marquee with beautiful white furniture, faux fur throws and candles from The White Chair Company. The house was decorated with a variety of lighting to reflect the Icey colours and the walls were lined with fairy light canapes and drapes to represent icicles by Cinemattag. We even managed to source an Ice bar and Ice vodka luge, which became the main focal point of the party.
The guests arrived on a Friday night where they were greeted with glasses of champagne and served canapes throughout the night supplied by Simply Gourmet Catering, while enjoying a variety of cocktails from Southern Mobile Bars. Our clients went on partying to the early hours of the morning and were a pleasure to work with.
